Issued with lyrics on a die cut inner sleeve. The inner sleeve has 4 rounded corners.

Inner sleeve opening on the top front with a nine inch notch in the center where the record is inserted: 
usually the notch is on the back inner, but this release comes with notch on front (see pics) or back.

Came with a round Wish You Were Here sticker.
