This version comes in a wallet-gatefold cover with a stapled 16-pages booklet inside with photos and credits. Also released in a regular single cover and a printed inner sleeve, lyrics on one side, bands photos on the other.

This pressing has a 64mm outer and a 32mm inner pressing ring.
