Rixrecords operates a no quibble returns policy.
Should you be unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason you may email rick@rixrecords.com & as long as it is within 7 days of the date that the item was delivered to you, you will be entitled to a full refund of the cost of the goods, as long as the item is returned in its original packaging, complete. We do not refund delivery charges for correctly supplied goods.
If the items are Faulty or Mis-Sold then we will refund the whole amount including postage charges.
There are 2 ways that you can return an item to Rixrecords.
Pop the item back in its packaging. Seal tight, cross out your address & write return to sender clearly on the item. This will not cost anything but please note this way is not insured so if the item is lost in transit it is your responsibility

You will be charged for this. It is strongly recommended that you obtain a proof of posting from your post office as insurance on a return item is your responsibility. If an item hasn’t arrived we ask for you to wait 28 days before a refund or replacement is issued as by experience most items usually turn up at your address or are returned to Rix in that time.
